Prior to returning to Coffs Harbour I was based in Sydney where I attended to high profile clients, from the Marriott Hotel on Sydney Harbour (formally the Renaissance) to Allan Dale Real Estate in Sydney's Inner West. In that time I maintained some of Sydney Harbour's most exclusive water-front real estate along with commercial/industrial properties set in Alexandria.

Water Damage

All roof leaks, tiled and metal roofing.

Replacement of old roofing or rusty guttering and downpipes.

Repairs to the damaged ceiling and walls caused by water leaks.

Replacement of water damaged plasterboard & cornice.
Any necessary painting to return structure to it’s original finish.

Doors, Windows and Locks

Repairs/replacement of door locks, window locks & catches.

Sagging or jamming doors & windows, worn hinges.

Sliding doors and windows that don’t slide anymore.

Broken glass in windows and doors.

Broken cords (rope) in sash windows (the big windows at schools)

Broken sash springs in newer windows (window won’t stay up)

 

Termites and Rot

Repair or replacement of timber in doors, windows, or flooring.

 

Fences and gates

Straightening, strengthening, replacement of palings, rails,

metal panels that have been damaged or vandalised. Gate latches including childproof pool latches.

 

The Bad Tennant

Repairs to punch & head-but holes in walls, doors and windows.

Fire damage repairs. Rubbish removed.

 

The Break-In
From the lock picker to the ram-raider, they all leave damage and a homeowner feeling vulnerable.

I respond immediately to break-ins returning the damaged property to a secure state as thieves often return.  When repairing a break-in every effort is made to make the dwelling more secure than before.
